Job description
As an Operational Technology Security Consultant candidate will conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and compliance audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in Operational Technology environments. Develop policies, provide Operational Technology security advice, and support clients in maintaining secure, continuous operations.

Knowledge of secure OT network architecture principles from standards such as ISA 99.

Understanding of ICS devices such as sensors, PLC, HMI, RTU, DCU, SCADA and common protocols and their operational risks.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and industry best practices.

Work with cross-functional teams to improve cybersecurity resilience in OT environments.
Requirements

University Degree
-
12+ years of OT Security experience
-
8+ years working in manufacturing plants
-
Handson experience of IEC 62443 standard - gap assessment, security control identification and design, assisting with implementation.

Develop risk treatment plans and recommend security controls aligned with IEC 62443 and NIST 800-82 frameworks.

Ability to define cybersecurity requirements and processes for implementing and maintaining secure industrial automation and control systems (IACS).

Knowledge of any OT security solutions and technologies suitable for OT in security threat and vulnerability monitoring, secure remote access, segmentation/micro-segmentation, EDR/XDR, IAM/PAM etc.

Fluent in German and English
