IT Architect

• Responsibility for designing, shaping the target architecture and implementing innovative solutions
• Consideration of current IT standards, IT strategy and business aspects and framework conditions
• Coordinating the technical implementation of digital innovations with the digital service owner and other stakeholders
• Assessment of existing system landscapes and identification of modernization needs
• Support in the management of external service providers
• Assuming responsibility for planning and structuring technical implementations

• IT architecture skills and personality are crucial - regardless of studies or training in the IT field
• Several years of experience in (agile) service development, IT architecture and DevOps
• Knowledge of architecture principles and common architecture patterns to support decision-making processes
• Expertise in the cloud world, including very good knowledge of services in AWS, Azure and/or GCP
• Sound practical knowledge of modern microservice technologies such as Quarkus and/or Spring Boot
• Experience with current backend technologies such as HTTP/REST and event-driven architectures
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies as well as very good communication skills and ability to prioritize
• Business fluent German language skills (at least C1 level)
