Job description

  • You are the first point of contact for concerns from our employees and customers
  • You are responsible for receiving, qualifying and documenting all enquiries in the ticket system
  • You solve enquiries on known topics independently in your role as a first-level supporter (m/f/d)
  • You check more complex issues beforehand and pass them on to higher support levels, which enables you to act as an interface to our specialist departments
  • You also actively use our monitoring tools to support the maintenance of customer systems
  • You also create simple, comprehensible articles in our knowledge base so that the team is always up to date

Requirements

  • Ideally, your basis is a completed IT training or a comparable qualification
  • You are also welcome as an IT-affine career changer (m/f/d) with a willingness to learn
  • Experience in the IT area, ideally in 1st level support, you already have
  • in addition, the use of ticket systems (such as Jira Service Management) is desirable
  • you are confident in using Microsoft operating systems and Office applications
  • you have a very good command of written and spoken German
  • you are solution-orientated and enjoy working in a dynamic team
