Job description

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
  • Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
  • Remove impediments and improve team productivity and collaboration.
  • Track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support Agile transformation and maturity across teams.

Requirements

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to drive Agile practices, coach teams and stakeholders, and enable consistent, high-quality delivery across teams., * 8+ years IT experience with strong Scrum Master / Agile coaching background.

  • Hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
