Senior UX Strategist

As a Senior UX Strategist (f/m/d), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning of UX projects, while also consulting our clients on the best use of UX methods and principles to achieve successful, user-centric digital products and programs.Working as part of a motivated team of UX and digital experts, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful international projects in the energy industry. Your active participation in team decisions will help drive positive change within our organization.

Your Role - meaningful & rewarding

• Raise awareness for UX principles and design thinking processes amongst product owners and program leads within our organisation and convince them of their benefits.
• Consult product teams on the proper implementation of UX methods and UX designers into their workflows.
• Facilitate workshops to drive innovation and coach teams in user-centric methodologies.
• Co-Design a consistent, user-friendly, and efficient UX across multiple platforms, including COTS software.
• Initiate user research, usability testing, and analytics to optimize product experience.
• Help clients prioritize features to maintain purpose, simplicity and clarity in UX.
• Plan and simulate end-to-end user journeys ensuring security, accessibility, and privacy.
• Promote sustainable, reusable UX design and support decision-making for clients.

Do you have experience in Usability?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * BA/MA in Design, UX, Product-Design or related fields.

• Extensive Design & UX consulting experience
• Background in digital transformation programs, start-ups, or agencies as strategist, account manager, or consultant.
• Strong understanding of corporate processes and ability to lead stakeholder decision-making.
• Empathy for end-users and anticipation of their needs, combined with creative problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of digital design tools (Miro, Figma), atomic design principles, and design systems[KG9] .
• Excellent communication skills in English and German; effective collaboration with developers and cross-functional teams
