Job description

  • Translate business requirements into robust digital workflows, ensuring scalability, maintainability and a high level of user experience.
  • Enhance and optimize existing automations, integrate GenAI components and actively introduce new technical approaches to the team.
  • Conduct in-depth process and system analyses to identify automation opportunities and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure technical excellence by applying clean coding, testing, CI/CD, monitoring and security best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business and IT, acting as a trusted technical partner.
  • Mentor junior developers and working students, contribute to code reviews and share knowledge to strengthen the team's overall expertise.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software development?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Several years of experience in software development, automation engineering or digital product development.

  • Proficient in Python and LLM-driven solutions (incl. RAG), with hands-on experience building scalable APIs using FastAPI and operating AI workloads in Azure, GCP or AWS
  • Knowledge in Infrastructure as a code with Terrarform is a plus
  • Confident with software engineering fundamentals: version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring and cloud concepts.
  • Deep interest in automation, AI and building scalable, resilient digital solutions.
  • Ability to break down complex technical topics and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and a proactive, autonomous working style with a strong sense of ownership and customer focus.
  • Fluent in English and German.
