Job description
Scope of this Position: Support the customer in adopting the products Hierarchical Placement: This position reports to the Product Owner and collaborates closely with the Application Support team. The Solution Specialist interacts with various internal departments, including the Production area and Project Management, and maintains direct relationships with customers. Tasks and Responsibilities: The Solution Specialist will be responsible for defining, executing, and documenting test cases for different functionalities and modules of the software. This involves a thorough understanding of the product to ensure accurate and effective test analysis. Additionally, the specialist will produce detailed user manuals to guide customers through the use of the software. Providing second-level support services is a critical component of the role, ensuring that complex issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. The specialist will also deliver operational training to customers, enabling them to maximize the software's capabilities. Supporting customers in software parameterization is another key responsibility, which requires the ability to explain the functionality of various product areas clearly and comprehensively. The specialist will highlight the effects of parameterization choices to ensure that customers can make informed decisions. Furthermore, the Solution Specialist will assist the commercial area in presenting the software to both existing customers and prospects, showcasing the product's benefits and features in a compelling manner.
