DevOps Software Engineer

We are seeking a DevOps Software Engineer to work directly with a leading financial institution to enhance, maintain, and support their centralized DevOps Tool stack, while also providing excellent customer support. Responsabilties:

• Enhance, maintain, and support our DevOps Tool stack.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist with integration and troubleshooting.
• Create documentation and train customers on new features.
• Participate in automation and development of tools and services.
• Provide on-call support (approximately one week per month), with compensation.

• Professional training in computer science (higher education or a bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Experience with tools like Gitlab, Artifactory, jFrog Xray, Sonarqube, Docker, Helm, Openshift, Ansible, Terraform, Azure Cloud, and Unix/Linux.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Innovative and proactive mindset to implement effective solutions.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
