Senior Software Engineer (Frontend)

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Life Sciences team in Barcelona. You'll play a key role, as part of a cross-functional team, developing and delivering Cortellis Drug Discovery Intelligence. This is a great opportunity to work in an agile environment, driving the front-end development of a product that truly makes an impact on the life sciences world., * Develop and maintain the Angular frontend of our applications, fully integrated with a microservices architecture built by the same team.

• 2+ years' industry experience in front-end software development.

• 2+ years of experience with Angular framework for frontend applications.

• Experience with Angular Material

• 2+ Years of experience of Version Control tools (preferably Git)

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Science, IT or related technical field or equivalent relevant experience It would be great if you also had . . .

• Experience of working within an Agile delivery environment.

• Experience running services in docker

• Experience using Jenkins

• Knowledge about AWS cloud infrastructure

* Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code. * Follow and help define best practices and coding standards in your area of expertise. * Support and improve existing systems by diagnosing issues and fixing bugs. * Collaborate closely with QA, UX, DevOps, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Project Management. About the Team You will be part of a team of 6 Talented Software and QA engineers, working in close collaboration with a Solution Analyst, UX Designer, and Product Owner. As part of our Agile processes, you'll play an active role in developing and delivering Cortellis Drug Discovery. Cortellis is a leading intelligence platform that provides high-quality, curated insights on drugs, targets, and bioactivity data - helping R&D teams accelerate early-stage research, identify new opportunities, and reduce risk in decision-making.
