Additionally, you will support, coach, and train test engineers in the effective use of test automation tools and processes in their daily work. Responsibilities/Tasks: 1. Develop and enhance the existing open-source-based L&P framework, focusing on core components such as JMeter, Gatling, Grafana, Dynatrace, and CI/CD pipelines. 2. Continuously improve the current load and performance (LP) framework by integrating AI-based solutions to optimize testing efficiency and accuracy. 3. Evaluate and incorporate new tools and technologies to keep the framework up-to-date and effective. 4. Train and coach test automation engineers on best practices for load and performance test automation. 5. Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure team members are proficient with the tools and methodologies. 6. Expertise in setting up and maintaining Load&Performance frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for software development teams. 2. Ability to design scalable and efficient test automation solutions tailored to specific project needs. 3. Deep understanding of modern agile testing methodologies, processes, and strategies. 4. Skilled in integrating test frameworks seamlessly into existing software development environments. Ability to collaborate with development and operations teams. 5. Comprehensive understanding of software development and delivery processes, including DevOps practices. 6. Strong Java development skills and excellent SQL knowledge. Proficiency with test automation tools such as JMeter and Gatling (mandatory). Experience with other programming and scripting languages to provide automation and self-service tooling. 7. In-depth understanding of managing non-functional requirements (NFRs) within an agile context. Ability to define, document, and validate NFRs to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability. 8. Knowledge of various software development and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) to automate processes and create self-service tools. Ability to write and maintain scripts for testing, monitoring, and deployment automation. 9. Good understanding of container technologies, including Docker, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
