Scrum Master

• Act as a facilitator supporting teams in the adoption of agile methodologies.

• Select and promote the most suitable agile framework based on the nature of the work.

• Support the business in leveraging agility to improve market responsiveness.

• Drive cultural transformation across the Tribe.

• Collaborate closely with existing agile communities within the bank to ensure alignment on practices, reporting, and best practices.

• Support multiple teams when required.

• Define, monitor and review agile metrics .

Essential:

• At least 5 years of proven experience working with agile frameworks.

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master , with deep knowledge of all Scrum roles.

• Experience with scaled agile frameworks , preferably SAFe .

• High level of English (spoken and written).

• Experience using agile tools , mainly the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira & Confluence) , as well as Miro, Mural, Retrotool or similar.

• Strong leadership, resilience and self-organization skills.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Banking and Transaction Banking .

• Experience applying Scrumban or Scrum with Kanban .

• Experience acting as Scrum Master for more than two teams simultaneously .

• Technical background or experience in software development.

• Experience working with agile metrics.
