You will design and implement scalable services, ensure backend reliability and performance, and collaborate closely with QA, frontend, product, and design teams throughout the product lifecycle. What You'll Do: * Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services powering SmartTV and streaming platforms. * Ensure low-latency and high-availability architectures that support large-scale video delivery. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features. * Integrate with third-party services such as CDNs, DRM providers, analytics, and identity management. * Optimize APIs and backend processes to improve performance across various devices. * Write clean, well-documented code and

maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and deployment. * Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive technical excellence. * Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring service resilience and uptime. * Use tools like Kibana, Grafana, Wireshark, or Charles Proxy to monitor and debug backend performance. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Backend Developer, ideally in video streaming or SmartTV ecosystems. * Solid experience with one or more backend languages (Java, Node.js, Go, Python, etc.). * Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. * Understanding of video streaming concepts: HLS/DASH, DRM, playback workflows, CDN integration. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. * Strong understanding of secure coding practices and common vulnerabilities, including the OWASP Top 10. * Experience conducting or participating in security-focused code reviews, with attention to input validation, authentication, and data protection. * Familiarity with integrating automated security tools (e.g., SAST, dependency scanning) into the development workflow or CI/CD pipelines. * Technical English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
