Job description

The Salesforce QA Engineer will perform testing of Salesforce applications and is responsible for all phases of testing including Functional, Regression, Integration, System, User Acceptance. Write test plans, create test cases, test procedures, bug reports, final QA reports for products. The role is part of a BA/Developer team supporting a global enterprise with a large user base. This individual will work in an Agile environment and participate in scrum ceremonies and product planning activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience performing QA / Testing in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
Experience performing QA / Testing Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus (but not required)
Experience with Jira
Experience performing in an Agile environment
Salesforce Certifications are desirable
