Frontend Engineer

Role: This is a fully remote role open to freelance (autónomo) or contract-based professionals based in Spain. We are seeking a versatile Frontend Engineer, preferably with strong design skills, to support internal product development and R&D initiatives in close collaboration with the team.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of independently managing tasks, generating innovative ideas, and proactively taking initiative, as we cultivate autonomy and personal freedom in our work environment., Must-have:

• Strong experience with React, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui
• Hands-on experience with Webflow (layouts, CMS, interactions)
• Solid experience working with Figma (design handoff, components, design systems)
• Good understanding of responsive design and UX/UI principles
• Fluent English for active participation in daily work and projects
• Doctoral or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Next.js and/or LangChain
• Relevant professional certifications
• Familiarity with EU-funded projects
• Active contributions to open-source projects
• Proficiency in an additional European language, preferably German
