DLX Senior Java Developer, hibrido

As an Expert Back stack Solution Engineer, your mission will be to develop and deploy the technical and functional specifications from the Solution Designers / Business Architects / Business Analysts, guaranteeing the correct operability and the compliance with the internal quality levels., 1. Develop the required specifications, through the delivery of services and technical Backend components required for its operation with a view of your own development and its integration with other teams and systems.

2. Document your solutions in the Group Santander tools: JIRA, Confluence, ALM.
3. Ensure the code quality required.
4. Participate in all aspects of Development lifecycle.
5. Work with QA and Business Analysts to analyse issues and create solutions.
6. Understand product business requirements and review user stories, to detect and remove defects early in the product development life cycle.
7. Participate in Agile development processes including communicating ideas, questions, and concerns openly with the team.
8. Participate in relevant agile events: planning and estimation, daily stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
9. Work collaboratively with product owners, business analysts, developers, and testers to ensure quality is built into our applications as new features and technologies are introduced.

1. Experience in programming backend applications, ideally on Agile.
2. Experience developing under Java Spring boot technology.
3. Experience with Java 17 and/or 11 required.
4. Experience working in event-driven architecture.
5. Experience managing cloud computer services (Openshift, Kubernetes).
6. Experience in Github, Jenkins and Urbancode in a continuous integration workflow.
7. Good communication skills in both verbal and written. English mandatory, Spanish nice to have.
8. Must have a pro-active, positive, open, and collaborative approach to work with others in the team.
9. Advantageous Experience in DDBB query development (Oracle).
10. Advantageous - knowledge of financial products.
