Design Lead: Data Intelligence Capability - AI Design Strategy

• Profound product design experience in enterprise software, including design leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading design strategy for complex, multi-faceted product areas.
• Experience mentoring designers and fostering design excellence within fast-paced, technical environments.

AI Design Expertise

• Solid hands-on experience designing AI-powered features, conversational interfaces, or intelligent automation tools.
• Deep understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and limitations, including prompt engineering, context management, and model integration considerations.
• Portfolio showcasing real-world AI product experiences with clear reasoning behind design decisions and business impact.

Enterprise Software Fluency

• Strong systems thinking ability with experience designing for complex, data-heavy enterprise workflows.
• Understanding of observability, monitoring, or analytics domains (preferred but not required).
• Experience working within design systems and contributing to scalable design solutions.

Collaboration & Communication

• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present design strategies to leadership.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where AI capabilities and user needs are continuously evolving.
• Experience partnering with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate technical possibilities into user value.
