Required Skills & Experience * Must-Have * 7+ years of frontend development experience. * Expert in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React (Next.js). * Strong UX/UI design skills: wireframing, prototyping, design systems. * Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO. * Proficiency with CSS (SCSS, Tailwind, etc.). * Experience with state management (Redux, RxJS, etc.). * Collaboration and communication skills.
