Senior System Admin (Devops Specialist)

• Lead the transition from Bamboo to GitLab/GitHub CI/CD.
• Analyze and migrate existing build and deployment plans.
• Create and maintain efficient GitLab/GitHub pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers to understand deployment workflows and improve automation.
• Document CI/CD processes, standards, and guidelines.
• Maintain and improve configuration management using Ansible and Puppet.
• Ensure smooth integration of tools such as Jira, Bitbucket (during transition), GitLab/GitHub, and Confluence.

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator with strong DevOps skills to lead the migration of our existing Atlassian stack (Bitbucket, Bamboo) to a modern DevOps platform such as GitLab or GitHub.

This is a high-impact position that requires excellent technical and communication skills, as you will be working closely with developers to analyze, optimize, and migrate build pipelines, document deployment processes, and ensure a smooth transition for the development teams., * 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer.

• Strong experience with Bamboo, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
• Solid knowledge of Linux systems, especially Debian-based distributions.
• Proficiency in Ansible (preferred) and Puppet.
• Good understanding of deployment and release workflows.
• Excellent communication skills - ability to work closely with developers and product teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong documentation skills.
