SW Product Owner

• Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Measure product performance and KPIs ensuring continuous improvement and delivery efficiency.
• Plan, monitor and deliver project milestones according to defined timelines.
• Lead product development cycles.
• Work with the Scrum Team to plan sprints and review outcomes ensuring focus on delivering value.
• Gather and analyze business requirements translating them into detailed user stories with a clear acceptance criteria.
• Use data and user feedback to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Create data flow and context diagrams to visualize system interactions and architecture.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure clarity and delivery of business value.
• Act as the product ambassador and main technical contact for product-related inquiries.
• Provide clear specifications and documentation for the development team.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Solid product management experience with a proven ability to drive complex projects from concept to delivery.
• Excellent analytical skills supported by a solid background in testing automotive systems software development (backend or frontend), embedded electronics and continuous integration environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in system integration and API architecture.
• Proven track record of leading complex custom software projects within agile frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across international and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence and other agile project management tools.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency confident in both technical and professional communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in the field of Ethernet protocols e.g. ARP IPv4 IPv6 TCP / IP protocols.
• Experience with network technology (e.g. switches VLANs ...) as well as with protocols.
• Experience with SW development over Linux and Windows based systems.
• Project Management certification (Prince2 ...)
• Experience in the field of Project Management will be considered an important advantage.
