We are currently looking for a Platform Onboarding Consultant, located in Madrid and fluent in English, to join our regional Customer Onboarding team. In this role, you will support technical pre-sales, tenders, demos, pilots, and early onboarding activities across multiple European markets, working closely with internal technical teams and senior customer stakeholders to ensure technical readiness, consistency, and scalability. Your Role and Tasks * Act as the technical counterpart for pre-sales activities, supporting RFI and RFP responses with accurate, consistent, and well-structured technical input. * Own and maintain technical content for tenders, including architecture descriptions, security and deployment models, integration approaches, and non-functional requirements. * Coordinate with Product, Architecture, Security, and SRE teams to ensure tender responses are technically correct, realistic, and aligned with platform standards. * Engage directly with customer technical stakeholders (Enterprise Architects, CTOs, IT leads) during tenders, demos, pilots, and onboarding discussions. * Explain platform architecture, deployment models, security posture, and integration patterns in a clear and credible manner. * Coordinate with Delivery teams, Delivery Managers, and Solution Architects to ensure technical assumptions from tenders, demos, and pilots are documented and handed over effectively. * Support technical due diligence, architecture reviews, and security discussions during sales and onboarding phases. What you bring with you * Up to 5 years of professional experience in technical roles such as platform support, technical onboarding, solution engineering, business architecture, IT operations, or similar client-facing environments. * Experience supporting technical pre-sales activities, including RFI/RFP responses, demos, pilots, or architecture discussions. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages (French, German, Spanish) are a strong plus. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments. * Solid conceptual understanding of modern SaaS and cloud platforms, including public cloud, containers, microservices, and observability concepts. * Good understanding of web applications and system architecture, including APIs, integrations, data flows, and interface communication. * Familiarity with operational and managed service concepts, such as SLAs, incident and change management, and service reliability principles. * Basic understanding of security and access management
