Job description
The Foundation Front Team designs, develops, and maintains web interfaces for a variety of functionalities, including :
- Login pages, IDP setup
- User management, user profile
- Role, group and segment management
- Installation, setup, and support tools.
As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will focus on developing high-quality, intuitive, and effective user interfaces for these scopes. This role involves the full product development lifecycle, from technical design and prototyping to implementation and deployment.
You will be part of a dedicated frontend team where we strongly value team spirit and mutual support, often utilizing pair programming to share knowledge and tackle challenges together. You will collaborate with other teams, engineers, designers and product managers to deliver scalable features.
Missions
- Develop and Implement Features: Design, build, and maintain high-quality frontend features by leveraging LumApps' internal design system.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate actively with product managers, designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and other team members to define and refine functional requirements. Propose and review technical specifications.
- Drive Quality and Reliability:
- Write clean, scalable code adhering to high standards for performance, security, accessibility and reliability.
- Actively participate in all quality assurance processes, including rigorous PR reviews and established testing practices.
- Continuous Improvement and Support:
- Maintain features and ensure comprehensive documentation.
- Propose and implement improvements to continuously increase the quality of our codebase and our processes.
Requirements
- A Modern Frontend Specialist: You have 3+ years of experience building sleek cloud-based applications using TypeScript and React (v17+).
- A Quality Champion: You care about the stability of your code. You are comfortable writing Unit Tests and using tools like Storybook and RTL to ensure pixel-perfect, bug-free delivery.
- A Great Communicator: You speak English fluently and believe that the best software is built through clear communication and collaboration across teams.
- An Advocate for Users: Familiarity with Accessibility (A11y) standards is a major plus - we want our app to be usable by everyone.
