Technical Lead, Software Engineer

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead for our Personified Tools team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the technical development and configuration of our Personified Tools, ensuring seamless integration with client personas, and facilitating the sharing of insights with external stakeholders.

What you will be doing

• Be accountable for the success of the development initiatives of the Personified Tools team

• Be the main engineering entrypoint for the team, which is located in Serbia, and work in close partnership with the product manager, the product designer and the data engineers working on the same scope

• Coordinate execution, to determine the best technical approach to delivering the product, and to expose the tradeoffs made between delivery timelines and technical debt

• Lead technically, contribute to the developments, and mentor the developers of the team

• Ensure the quality of the code base and best practices application

• Have a deep understanding of the business, product strategy, and roadmap context About you

• Proficiency in Node.JS and React.

• Prior experience within a leadership position, with the ability to lead technically and mentor other developers.

• Experience within a Business to Business environment with a focus on data within a self-service user interface.

• Prior experience leading a team both on-site and remotely.

• Experience in data engineering or prior collaboration with data engineers

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
