AI Engineer

As a AI Engineer, you will:

• Contribute to the development and optimization of post-processing pipelines that clean, structure, and validate AI-generated content

• Support the design and execution of model evaluation workflows, including automated metrics and human-in-the-loop assessments

• Help build and maintain internal tools used by business teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support) to monitor and explain AI output quality

• Participate in ground truth data curation, annotation quality control, and preparation of datasets for fine-tuning Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to deliver high-quality, production-ready features

• Continuously learn about GenAI models, evaluation techniques, and software/data engineering practices

Do you have experience in Python?, * Up to 2 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering Solid Python skills and knowledge of data tools (SQL, pandas, etc.); experience with ML or LLMs is a plus

• Interest in GenAI evaluation, model quality, and post-processing Curiosity, attention to detail, and a hands-on mindset Strong communication skills in French & English, and ability to work cross-functionally Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced AI team

We're looking for an AI Engineer to join the Post-Processing & Evaluation squad working on Mirakl's AI Catalog Transformer, a GenAI-native product that powers catalog and content enrichment across Mirakl Connect. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role where you'll contribute to improving the quality, reliability, and trustworthiness of GenAI models and outputs, while learning from experienced AI engineers and data scientists.
