Datawarehouse Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable and robust data management systems, ETL pipelines, and orchestration workflows.

• Design and implement effective data models, focusing on dimensional modelling techniques for data warehousing.

• Optimize data storage and retrieval, ensuring data quality and an efficient performance.

• Implement data security and compliance measures.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

• Utilize Python for automated data processes, SQL for data manipulation, and Airflow for workflow management.

• Monitor and troubleshoot ELT pipelines.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to data governance practices. Role Requirements:

• Ideally possess a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.

• Strong Data engineering experience with a focus on data warehousing.

• Possess expertise in both SQL & Python

• Cloud Data Warehouse Experience - AWS Redshift ideally

• Orchestration Tools experience - Apache Airflow ideally

• ELT/ETL experience - DBT ideally

• Dimensional Modelling experience - Beneficial
