Senior frontend engineer

In the role of a Senior Frontend Engineer, your main responsibilities involve collaborating with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and fellow frontend engineers to create user-friendly, high-performant interfaces. This ensures an exceptional experience for our customers. A key part of your daily tasks is working closely with your team to build accessible and efficient interfaces.

• Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in Frontend web development.
• Strong expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, including testing, debugging, and automation techniques.
• Strong expertise in utilizing JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js or React (we use Vue.js with Pinia and Vite) to build responsive and interactive web applications.
• You have a solid understanding of web accessibility concerns and the techniques involved in tackling them.
• Strong expertise in writing CSS from scratch, and in writing semantic HTML
• Skilful construction of modular, well-structured web applications with visually appealing and practical UI.
• Committed to the practice of thorough code reviewing, reflecting a deep understanding of its significance in maintaining code quality and team collaboration.
• Experienced in Agile environments, iterative delivery, and comfortable driving team improvements.
• Strong collaborator within cross-functional teams involving design, product, and tech specialists. Experienced in collaborating with designers to get the best result for the customer.
• Enthusiasm for web technologies, usability, and design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate your ideas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

This job is based in our Eindhoven HQ (2-3x a week at the office)
