• Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models to enhance the operational efficiency of insurance processes.
• Collaborate with IT staff and other stakeholders to integrate machine learning systems with existing company infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of machine learning operations to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Work on the back-end development aspects to support artificial intelligence applications within the company.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and advancements in the field of artificial intelligence.

• Proven expertise in Machine Learning, Machine Learning Operations, and Machine Learning Systems.
• Strong experience in back-end development, particularly in creating stable, scalable systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Speaks good English and Dutch.
