UI/UX DESIGNER

In this role, you will shape and enhance the user experience of our Digital Platforms. You will dive into customer behavior, translate data insights and feature requests into intuitive designs and interactions, playing a major role in building an engaging and customer experience for PME Legend, Cast Iron and Vanguard.

You will balance strategic UX thinking with hands-on design execution through wireframes, prototypes and final designs.

JUST THE JOB

• Conduct UX research to understand user needs, pain points, behavior and opportunities, in collaboration with the Site Experience, Site Merchandise and Customer Service teams;
• Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes and final UI designs that are fully on brand and visually appealing, as well as performance driven;
• Design improvements throughout the entire customer journey to make shopping smooth, engaging and user friendly;
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.

THE TEAM You'll be part of the Digital Product Development team within the broader B2C organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail, E-commerce, Analytics and Marketing, to achieve business goals and deliver a customer experience enhancing further Brand Experience.

Do you have experience in User research?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in UX design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design or related;

• At least 2 years proven experience on UX/UI design, user research, prototyping and usability testing preferably in B2C or ecommerce;
• Strong knowledge of design tools and basic frontend principles such as Figma, HTML, CSS, Storybook;
• Strong communicator who can clarify ideas easily and build alignment with different stakeholders;
• Analytical, creative, forward-thinking, and passionate about delivering meaningful digital experiences;
• Test-and-learn mindset, using A/B testing and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate designs and functionalities based on insights and results.
