Contexta360 builds speech analytics and real-time agent assist solutions to help enterprises transform service, performance, revenue, and CX. Our AI-driven speech intelligence is designed for organisations seeking to understand and serve their customers better while improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Actively assisting in improving the C360 customer deployment pipeline
  • Deploying Contexta360 speech analytics software on our clients' premises/cloud
  • Improving and operating our cloud-based systems and ensuring their security
  • Setting up processes and automation for monitoring, alerting, and logging across systems
  • Taking the lead in solving and preventing operational issues
  • Suggesting architecture improvements and recommending process enhancements
  • Managing inbound support tickets and serving as the liaison to R&D

Requirements

Agile mindset and ability to create automated workflows

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Strong Linux skills

  • Proficiency in configuring and deploying Docker containers

  • Experience with Kubernetes

  • Experience with at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, Rust)

  • Experience with Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP

  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Azure Resource Manager)

  • Several years of professional experience as a DevOps or systems engineer in a tech or start-up company

  • Good experience of building or running a customer support function

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field of study

  • English required, Dutch preferred.
