Our AI-driven speech intelligence is designed for organisations seeking to understand and serve their customers better while improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities will include:
- Actively assisting in improving the C360 customer deployment pipeline
- Deploying Contexta360 speech analytics software on our clients' premises/cloud
- Improving and operating our cloud-based systems and ensuring their security
- Setting up processes and automation for monitoring, alerting, and logging across systems
- Taking the lead in solving and preventing operational issues
- Suggesting architecture improvements and recommending process enhancements
- Managing inbound support tickets and serving as the liaison to R&D

Proficiency in configuring and deploying Docker containers

Experience with Kubernetes

Experience with at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, Rust)

Experience with Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP

Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Azure Resource Manager)

Several years of professional experience as a DevOps or systems engineer in a tech or start-up company

Good experience of building or running a customer support function

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field of study

English required, Dutch preferred.
