• Mobile: Ionic and Capacitor with Cordova
• Version control: GitLab monorepo with CI/CD

What you need

• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and Vue.js
• Strong grasp of modern frontend development principles
• Experience with TypeScript and modern frontend tooling
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
• Solid communication skills in English
• Bonus points for mobile app development experience, * platforms with 25k+ users: 1 year (Required)
• Javascript & Vue.js: 3 years (Required)

What you'll do At Dyflexis, we're tackling workforce management with smart, simple solutions. From time tracking to shift swapping, our platform helps over a million users get the right people in the right place at the right time. As a Frontend Engineer (Vue.js), you'll play a key role in our international growth journey, shaping features that make complex processes effortless. Here's what you'll be doing: * Write clean, maintainable code that makes our users smile * Build and evolve features in our shared component library * Collaborate with product squads to implement new functionality * Level up our mobile app development with Ionic and Capacitor * Share your expertise in code reviews and team sessions You'll work in focused project squads (with a Product Owner, UX Designer and fellow Engineers) to build, test and scale AI-driven features that directly improve workforce planning. We work in six-week sprints of deep focus, followed by two weeks of cooldown to gather feedback, refine features, and gear up for the next big win.
