Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Aurai, you play a key role in delivering scalable, reliable AI solutions. You ensure that machine learning models don't stay stuck in notebooks, but actually deliver value in production.

You work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and consultants within our data team. Together, you build solutions that help organizations realize their data and AI ambitions. With your expertise, you elevate prototypes to a professional, production grade level and make AI solutions sustainable and future-proof.

In this role, you take ownership of the entire ML lifecycle, from setting up CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments to monitoring, retraining, and ensuring models remain compliant. You help clients bridge the gap between data engineering and AI, enabling them to achieve real, lasting success.

Do you have a Master's degree?, * 3-5 years of experience in ML engineering and/or MLOps

• Strong skills in CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP)
• A pragmatic communicator who enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
