Lead the design and development of automated test scripts using modern frameworks (e.g., Reqnroll, C#, Cucumber) and tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and VTP. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous verification and faster feedback loops. Act as a technical mentor and coach for automation best practices-guiding teams in scripting, framework usage, and code quality. Collaborate with developers, system testers, and enabler teams to align automation with product requirements and verification standards. Optimize test execution performance-eliminating flakiness, improving speed, and ensuring stability across physical and virtual system configurations. Analyze test results using dashboards (e.g., Companion RV&S, ADS) to provide real-time visibility into system health and coverage. Contribute to cross-domain automation strategy-ensuring no duplication, maximum coverage, and seamless integration across Acquisition, Positioning, Viewing, and more. Stay ahead of the curve: explore emerging automation technologies (e.g., SenseUI, logging-based automation) and bring innovative solutions to the table. Drive continuous improvement through peer reviews, data-driven insights, and KPI-based optimization., Contribute to impactful and innovative engineering projects across the Netherlands. Requirements
Do you have experience in Python?, We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented engineer with a passion for quality and automation excellence., Proven experience in test automation using frameworks like Reqnroll, NUnit, Cucumber, or similar. Strong programming skills in C#, Python, or equivalent. Hands-on experience with Gherkin for behavior-driven testing and keyword-driven or UI/adapter-based automation. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, VTP) and DevOps practices. Experience in system testing, regression testing, performance testing, and reliability verification. Familiarity with version control (Git), code reviews, and reusable test architecture. Ability to analyze and improve test execution speed, stability, and coverage.
