Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join my fintech client to support and enhance our Salesforce platform during a period of accelerated growth. Operating within a fast-paced fintech environment, you will take ownership of the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring high system performance, data integrity and alignment with business processes., The ideal candidate will have deep hands on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, automation, system configuration, and cross-functional stakeholder support., * Act as 1 of the primary Salesforce administrator for the business, ensuring stability, accuracy, and performance of the platform.
- Own the configuration of Salesforce including:
- Flows and automation
- Custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
- Validation rules and formula fields
- Profiles, roles, permission sets, and security controls
- Deliver enhancements, updates, and optimisations in line with business needs.
- Manage integrations with third-party platforms commonly used in fintech (e.g., payment tools, marketing automation, compliance systems).
- Maintain and improve data quality through deduplication, governance, and data hygiene processes.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support user training, troubleshooting, and adoption across the organisation.
- Document system changes, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure the platform adheres to regulatory and audit requirements common in financial services.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally within a fast-growing or regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proven expertise designing and maintaining Flows and declarative automation.
- Experience working on Salesforce integrations via APIs or middleware tools.
- Strong understanding of user permissioning, data security, and platform governance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical detail into business language.
Desirable
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or other heavily regulated environments.
- Exposure to CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder).
Benefits & conditions
- Length: 3 months (with potential extension depending on project requirements).
- IR35 Status: Outside IR35.
- Working Pattern: 3 days per week on-site; remaining days flexible remote.
- Day Rate: Competitive, depending on experience.
- Must be able available to start from the 5th of January
