Software Team Lead

Introduction Our client are a leading consultancy who work in the National Security space to deliver complex software solutions. As a Lead Software Engineer you will be leading teams to solve software solutions and mentoring junior members of the team. You will be ensuring best practice is used whilst using your best technical expertise to develop innovative solutions. This role will be predominately on site working. Key responsibilities Leading teams on delivering software solutions in an Agile manner. Liaising with multiple stakeholders, such as the delivery team to plan deliverables and support the resourcing of the project. Showcasing technical expertise when mentoring members of the team. Preparing bid and proposals Supporting the account team on developments within the project. Escalating risks. Skills & experience Strong team leadership experience Working in an Agile environment Strong client facing experience National security experience. Working with Cloud technologies (AWS
