Requirements

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM and Recruiting domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives.Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you doHosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM and Recruiting functionalities.Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progressLiaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to achieve a robust solution.Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets, particularly focused on enhancing the learning experience within Workday We are looking for experience in the following skills: Proven experience and certifications in at least one or more of the Workday functional modules: -Workday HCM Core Services; -Workday RecruitingExcellent consulting skills to ensure focus on Workday design whilst understanding the overall HRIS landscape and end-to-end processesExcellent stakeholder management. You ensure all stakeholders are aligned and client requirements are met.Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactionsThrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent, Fluency in English Set yourself apart:Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday Recruiting agendasUp to date Workday HCM / Recruiting certificationsAdditional certifications in Workday
