Job description

Location: Clacton-on-Sea, Essex (commutable from Frinton-on-Sea, Walton-on-the-Naze, Jaywick, Great Holland, Thorrington, Tendring, Colchester, St. Osyth, Little Clacton) Are you an Electronics Engineer with strong test experience looking to join a globally renowned technology business where you can play a pivotal role in new product development while progressing technically and professionally toward senior leadership? In this role, you will take ownership of testing and validation for new and existing products prior to commercial release. You will lead complex test projects, support and mentor junior engineers and technicians, and contribute to the development of automated test systems. The Role

  • Senior Electronics Test Engineer position within a global engineering business
  • Ensure new and legacy products meet specifications prior to release
  • Lead complex test and validation projects, working with international teams
  • Develop C++ software applications for engineering and production testing

Requirements

  • Background in electronics testing (analog and digital)
  • Strong fault-finding, debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, signal generators and logic analysers
