As a Gradate Project Manager you will be engaged from day one in performing a "real" job, working within our experienced project delivery teams balancing the demands of time, cost and scope. Raytheon UK is looking for a dynamic and high performing Graduate Project Manager to work within Raytheon's Cyber Centre in Manchester. As a Graduate Project Manager you will be responsible for a variety of project deliverables and also have responsibilities for administering an effective PMO function. The role embodies the driving force of every project, assuring successful hands-on delivery execution, identifying and managing to resolution risks and issues through the use of programmatic controls and techniques.
The successful candidate will be charged with the successful initiation, execution and completion of projects in line with time, quality and cost/profit targets. You will also represent Raytheon to the customer, its suppliers, management and, working directly alongside development teams. Professionalism and credibility will therefore be key.

Requirements
Essential:

Minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree in Project Management, Business Management, STEM subject preferred or any degree level qualification with a focus on Project Management & Leadership (already achieved or to be completed by 7 September 2026)
