Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Partner to join our team at our Brussels office in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, strong technical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team., * Provide technical support for PCs, peripheral devices, and the M365 suite of applications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of servers and networking equipment.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems, with a focus on cyber-security best practices.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to end-users, both on-site and remotely.
  • Document and track support requests, resolutions, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and updates to IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
  • Provide support for other office locations in Belgium, with some travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT support role or similar position.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with PCs, peripheral devices, and the M365 suite of applications.
  • Knowledge of servers, networking, and cyber-security is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
