You'll sit at the heart of our client work - shaping thinking, designing experiences, and bringing behavioural science to life inside fast-paced retail environments.
You will:
Lead client delivery across large-scale behavioural, cultural and leadership projects
- Be a trusted partner to client stakeholders - from HRDs to store teams. Build trusted relationships at every level, from frontline to C-suite
- Facilitate workshops, insight sessions and leadership debriefs with clarity and presence
- Manage project timelines, deliverables and expectations end-to-end. Manage complex workstreams with clarity, pace and a calm head
- Create high-quality presentations, reports and narrative-led deliverables that make complexity feel simple
Translate data into insight - connecting dots others miss, crafting compelling narratives and clear recommendations (presented in powerpoint, in reports and in person)
- Work alongside our Behavioural Science team to analyse qualitative and quantitative data to surface patterns, themes and behavioural signatures
- Translate complex behavioural findings into compelling insights that shape strategy, working closely with our behavioural science team
- Develop impactful recommendations to clients to build high performing cultures
Design and deliver high-impact talent and leadership assessment solutions, combining psychometrics, behavioural interviewing, and innovative assessment and talent processes design
- Design, refine and deliver leadership assessments, psychometric-based insights and talent processes
- Run leadership assessments, including 121 feedback and coaching to support personal growth
- Facilitate leadership team development workshops and programmes
- Support the creation of talent mapping, potential frameworks and assessment materials
- Bring an occupational psychology lens to how we shape capability decisions
Working in an Early-Stage Team
- Co-create transformation tools and IP, from behavioural frameworks to leadership standards, dashboards, and operating models
- Develop and coach fellow Performologists
- Contribute to building our culture and ways of working as a great place to work
- Collaborate directly with the founders, helping shape and grow our offer, brand and culture

Requirements
- A background in occupational psychology (Master's preferred) or equivalent experience in behavioural science, assessment or leadership consulting
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills - compelling, confident, engaging
- Ability to turn complex messages in to simple and impactful messages
- Depth in assessment - leadership assessment, psychometrics, competency frameworks, behavioural interviewing
- A strategic + creative brain - able to zoom out and zoom in, and translate complexity into simplicity
- Naturally insightful - you can see patterns in data and behaviour quickly
- Relationship and stakeholder mastery - warm, credible, trusted
- High-scale project delivery experience, ideally in retail or fast-moving consumer environments
- Comfort in (and hunger for) pace, ambiguity, early-stage building, and direct access to founders. Comfortable operating with both autonomy and collaboration
- Curiosity, courage, kindness, and a sense of ambition for the work we're doing
