Job description
Our client is looking for a Accessibility Test Analyst to conduct both automated and manual accessibility testing of digital assets. This role plays a critical part in identifying barriers and contributing to accessible experiences for all users., + Perform detailed accessibility audits using both automated tools and manual methods.
- Test using assistive technologies like screen readers and voice recognition tools.
- Document accessibility issues, their severity, and offer remediation suggestions.
- Work alongside developers, designers, and the test lead to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Support in retesting post-remediation.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in accessibility testing and assistive technology usage.
- Proficiency in tools such as Axe, WAVE, Siteimprove, Pa11y, Lighthouse CI.
- Manual testing skills including keyboard-only and screen reader navigation.
- Experience using NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA).
- Strong documentation and communication abilities.
