Accessibility Test Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced Accessibility Test Lead to oversee digital accessibility testing efforts in alignment with WCAG 2.2 AA standards. This role involves managing end-to-end audit processes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring all digital assets meet required compliance levels., + Lead accessibility audits across digital platforms.

• Manage scope and Statements of Work (SoW) for accessibility testing engagements.
• Supervise the execution of automated and manual accessibility testing.
• Collaborate with assistive technology testers and UX designers for comprehensive assessments.
• Produce detailed reports, including VPATs and actionable remediation guidance.
• Oversee retesting to validate remediation outcomes.

• Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines and accessibility compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience leading accessibility testing projects and managing audits.
• Familiarity with testing tools: Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, Pa11y, Tenon.
• Experience with assistive technologies: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
• Strong understanding of inclusive UX design principles (preferred).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
