Requirements
- Proven proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in developing and managing resource-loaded project schedules
- Ability to analyze, challenge, and report discrepancies, risks, and opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across organizational boundaries
- Good understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Capable of supporting monthly programme updates and reporting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience managing schedules on NEC projects
- Familiarity with working within operational or secure environments
- Construction or infrastructure implementation experience
- Experience working in a client or military environment
- Knowledge of NPREMA or project management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or effectively managing NEC-based schedules
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 4-5 years' professional experience in project planning or scheduling
- Demonstrated success in managing integrated programmes across project lifecycles
- Relevant qualifications in project management or scheduling tools are advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Must be eligible to obtain and gain Security Check (SC) clearance
- Willingness to work within a secure environment
- Ability to perform effectively in a high-security, sensitive operational setting
- Flexibility to support project timelines and deliverables within a 12-month contract
