• Proven proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience in developing and managing resource-loaded project schedules
• Ability to analyze, challenge, and report discrepancies, risks, and opportunities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across organizational boundaries
• Good understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Capable of supporting monthly programme updates and reporting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience managing schedules on NEC projects
• Familiarity with working within operational or secure environments
• Construction or infrastructure implementation experience
• Experience working in a client or military environment
• Knowledge of NPREMA or project management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or effectively managing NEC-based schedules

Preferred Education and Experience:

• A minimum of 4-5 years' professional experience in project planning or scheduling
• Demonstrated success in managing integrated programmes across project lifecycles
• Relevant qualifications in project management or scheduling tools are advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Must be eligible to obtain and gain Security Check (SC) clearance
• Willingness to work within a secure environment
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-security, sensitive operational setting
• Flexibility to support project timelines and deliverables within a 12-month contract
