Job description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and update of the Document Management System and Technical Library, * Accountable for the correct issuing of drawings and other materials from the Document Management System as requested by all functions and production personnel.
- Responsible for the generation, update and maintenance of the Technical Control Manuals (TCM's) for various projects on site.
- Provide engineering data support to all areas (i.e. engineering, quality, production, and any other area as required).
- Assist in the implementation of visual displays and control documents to assist in the communication of quality and engineering information within the business.
- To ensure information published to the supply chain is topical.
- Create and maintain manual and electronic filing and recording systems in support of Engineering Control.
- Ensure timely support of engineering data in preparation on new bids and estimates.
- Enable new business introduction by co-ordinating the flow of engineering information in and from the site.
Requirements
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently if required.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- A good standard of education with knowledge of office procedures.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access.
- Attention to detail is essential

- Relevant office experience, including implementing and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems
