You will be supporting external users on Windows, including cloud services and Office365, infrastructure and connectivity.
Requirements
Extreme professionalism and personal presentation Windows desktop & application support Tablet and mobile device Networking: ping, trace route etc. Active Directory, Exchange Server and Office 365 Strong Active Directory and Exchange administrative skills Knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy An understanding of Microsoft Azure AD Sync and Azure AD Connect A good understanding of Veeam Backup & Replication
