AI Workplace Transformation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Director in AI Solution Engineering to bridge the gap between industry-focused architects who identify AI opportunities and the engineering teams who bring solutions to life.

In this role, you will shape AI solutions from early-stage concepts through to technical prototypes - ensuring they are both commercially valuable and technically feasible. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help clients understand how AI can solve real business challenges, demonstrating technical excellence and the art of the possible.

You will work closely with sales teams, architects, and technical specialists to design, validate, and showcase AI and ML solutions using leading hyperscaler platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support early-stage sales conversations by helping non-technical teams understand AI capabilities and solution options.
• Design, build, and present cloud-based AI prototypes that bring proposed solutions to life.
• Translate customer challenges into viable and feasible AI/ML solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Advise clients on technical requirements, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
