Lead Frontend Engineer

Lead Frontend Engineer required to help shape the user experience of a fast-growing climate tech start-up. This is a fully remote role, with optional access to our London and Cambridge offices. You'll lead frontend architecture and delivery for a platform that turns complex climate data into products that drive real-world impact.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer
• Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
• Excellent understanding of web fundamentals (performance, accessibility, responsiveness)
• Experience designing and maintaining frontend architecture at scale
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide technical decisions, mentor engineers, and set a high bar for frontend quality
