We're working with a globally recognised consumer brand seeking a senior business technology leader to oversee strategic transformation across EMEA operations.
This is not a hands-on tech delivery role, it's a high-level leadership position for someone who understands how technology empowers the business across supply chain, retail, DTC, and e-commerce. If you've held a CIO, VP, or Director-level role in Apparel or Consumer Goods, this could be a perfect match.
The Opportunity
- Lead regional tech strategy and delivery for a fast-paced, consumer-driven organisation.
- Align global digital initiatives with local business needs across multiple markets.
- Guide cross-functional teams (40+ people) through transformation and operational excellence.
- Influence senior stakeholders across supply chain, merchandising, and retail operations.

Requirements
- Senior leadership experience (CIO, VP, Director) in apparel, fashion, or consumer goods.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how tech enables supply chain, retail & DTC success.
- Experience navigating matrix-led, multinational environments with complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Proven ability to lead transformation, drive change, and champion innovation at scale.
- Comfortable with a hybrid working model and regional travel (up to 50%).
