Job description

As the Data Lead, you will be the architect of our clients' data foundations. You'll lead the design and delivery of intelligence-driven projects, ensuring that every insight is built on a bedrock of clean, compliant, and scalable data. You are a "hands-on" practitioner who can build a data warehouse today and discuss the strategic ROI of AI-integration tomorrow., * Data Architecture: Lead the design and delivery of modern data warehouses and scalable pipelines using tools like BigQuery, Azure, and dbt.

  • BI & Analytics: Standardise frameworks for visualisation and web analytics to provide clients with actionable, evidence-driven insights.

  • AI Integration: Act as the bridge between data execution and AI growth, implementing RAG/LLM tools and reusable AI components onto solid data foundations.

  • Technical Consultation: Translate complex client requirements into technical roadmaps for both BI transformation and AI readiness.

  • Strategic Growth: Partner with Growth and Sales teams to create proof-of-concepts and demos that showcase our data and AI capabilities.

  • Governance & Mentorship: Support and mentor other analysts while embedding ethical AI standards and GDPR-compliant data governance into everything we build, 2nd Stage - A face-to-face interview with a our CTO and a member of the Executive team. Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, To thrive in this role, you need to be a proactive go-getter who is a BI Analyst and Data Warehouse specialist first and foremost, with a passion for growing into the AI space. Key qualities include:

  • Data Engineering Specialist: Deeply proficient in SQL and Python, with a strong background in architecting data warehouses and managing complex pipelines.
  • Platform Pro: High level of familiarity with cloud-based solutions (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS) and the modern data stack.
  • Analytics Expert: Significant experience in web analytics and building sophisticated BI visualisation frameworks.
  • AI Fluent: Hands-on experience (or a proven drive to develop) in deploying LLMs and modern frameworks like LangChain or OpenAI.
  • Clear Communicator: Confident in explaining complex technical data structures to non-technical stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Agency Pro: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and shifting priorities with a proactive mindset.
