Software Engineer

• Contribute to full life-cycle software development
• Diagnose and resolve software issues experienced in the field
• Participate in AGILE-based development processes
• Engage in code reviews and regular team meetings
• Liaise with System Test teams on development progress
• Provide technical leadership within the team

• Strong analytical skills and experience reviewing code/design for large projects
• Extensive experience with multi-threaded and distributed applications, ideally with network protocol knowledge
• Proven background in software development (8+ years preferred)
• Expertise in developing Windows desktop applications using C#
• Experience with .NET, Windows Forms, and TCP/IP & UDP protocols
• Strong communicator and collaborative team player
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused
