Senior Full Stack Engineer (Growth)

We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer - Growth Stream to accelerate experimentation and unlock growth across Fanvue's acquisition, activation, and retention funnels. Today, our Growth team is just two engineers, which limits the speed and depth of experimentation across our most important growth levers.

This role exists to change that. You'll be hands-on shipping experiments, building growth loops, and directly impacting core metrics like signup conversion, creator activation, and revenue. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who loves moving fast, testing ideas, and turning data into shipped product.

What You'll Do

• Design, ship, and iterate on high-impact growth experiments across acquisition, onboarding, and retention
• Build and optimise growth loops, referral mechanics, and viral features
• Rapidly test ideas across web, mobile, and internal tools to identify what drives measurable growth
• Improve signup, activation, and conversion funnels with a strong bias toward speed and iteration
• Implement and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses
• Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to identify, prioritise, and execute growth opportunities
• Use data and analytics to guide decisions and double down on what works

• A full-stack engineer with a strong bias toward shipping and outcomes
• Comfortable working with Next.js and Node.js (or similar modern stacks)
• Experienced in running growth experiments or shipping scrappy, high-impact features
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with minimal direction
• Strong understanding of growth metrics, attribution, and analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog
• Data-informed but action-oriented - you don't wait for perfect data to ship
• Motivated by impact, ownership, and fast feedback loops

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the creator economy, consumer SaaS, or social subscription platforms
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, or landing page optimisation
• Exposure to growth teams or experimentation-heavy environments
