Senior Pitch Systems Executive - London

• Deliver a prompt and effective service across all global pitching systems, including responsibility for daily processes and general maintenance.
• Lead on the execution and ongoing enhancement of the firm's global pitching automation features, making sure they are integrated and maintained smoothly.
• Develop and launch reports to the business to provide a deeper understanding of the pitching activities and return on investment of pitches using PowerBI.
• Provide guidance to end-users, enhancing their understanding and utilisation of pitching systems to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Drive the ownership and strategic management of the standard content library and processes.
• Work together with Pitching Managers and Pitching Systems Manager to develop and execute a communication plan.
• Analyse the performance of systems and related activities and drive better user engagement.

• At least 3-4 years' experience within a systems role.
• Experience with database configuration, data analysis and data management, on a credentials or pitch automation platform preferred.
• Familiarity with the processes and workflows related to pitching, credential capture, directory submissions, award submissions and league tables.
